Here at "miller+mane", we want to stress the importance of our policies we have set in place. With such a high demand for bookings within our establishment, out of Respect for our Artists, when you "short term" (same day cancel) or "miss" a scheduled appointment our Artists miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment with one of our Guest whom are patiently waiting on our cancelation list along with their pay. Please find below the outline of our Policies.
If you wish to book an appointment with one of our artists at "miller+mane", we require a credit card on file to secure the booking in case of any future cancellations under 24 hours notice, or a no show appointment. All no show appointments will be charg
Rest assured, all information provided is confidentially stored.
*weather related cancelations are completely forgiven. We live in Canada and understand that weather changes on a dime. Emergency circumstances to be discussed with stylist.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Leave the weight of the world on the other side of the door, enjoy the tranquility and magic of the barn along side the country air and we will take it from there.
If you are 15 minutes late we will do what we can within the remainder of your scheduled appointment (providing we can proceed). Original charges will apply of that of your existing scheduled appointment. We pride ourselves on quality and good work will not be rushed.
We completely understand that life happens however, if you are not able to make your appointment and need to cancel with in our 24hr cancelation window there will be a $25 charge to haircuts & $60 charge to colour services automatically added to your next reservation.
We respect your time and thank you for understanding that we need this time to rebook your unfulfilled appointment.
No show appointments have same business day to return our call or a full service fee will be charged at the end of day. NEW GUESTS who "no show" an appointment will be required to prepay their future appointment to rebook.
As mentioned, we completely understand that life gets busy however we do not tolerate no show appointments.
